Judge not…Says who?!

1

Judge not, that ye be not judged.

2

For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.

3

And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother’s eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?

4

Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye?

Ethnic food is so so delicious. However, much of it will kill you in a matter months considering the amounts of animal fat/oil, deep frying, and refined flour and sugar used in many of the recipes. Generally, AHS would recommend to stay away from unhealthy ethnic food at all cost. However, after looking over the recipes of some South American/Caribbean cuisine, it is possible to rescue some dishes from the brink of being labeled hazardous to your health.

Generally, AHS recommends not consuming foods with certain preservatives. As a rule of thumb, for everything that a person eats, if it was not available to mankind before the year 1800 or the Industrial Revolution, it should be avoided. After the Industrial Revolution, food and drug processing became a victim of immoral mercantilists. Their desire for profit and mass production over health and just a general level of mores lead them to over-process botanicals and meat products.
