Basically, the key to losing and keeping off weight involves eating as little processed foods as possible. The rule… if it was not around 200 years ago, then do not even think about eating it. If Humans are eating properly, cooking will be rare. Most of the food we consume should be raw. Meat should be cooked as little as possible. For any lifestyle change to be successful a person needs to be educated concerning nutrition. A successful change in a person’s eating habits must take into consideration your ancestry and blood type. This part is normally overlooked; however, it is crucial to a successful change.

The cases of Intelligent Design & Darwin’s Theory of Evolution have clashed with each other unnecessarily. It is completely possible for both of these concepts to maintain a level of validity in the scientific community.
Why must two positions that are each supported by passionate followers ignore the symbiotic relationship that they have with each other?
Intelligent Design and Darwin’s Theory of Evolution are such cases.
